กระแสลม…กระแสบุญ

… “ว่าว” …ลอยเด่นอยู่บนฟ้าได้เพราะกระแสลม…คนเรามีสถานะภาพทางสังคมที่โดดเด่นได้ด้วย ‘กระแสบุญ’ …แต่ทุกสรรพสิ่งย่อมไม่จีรังยั่งยืน..มันหากมีเวลาที่ลมจะสงบ..ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าวจะต้องร่วงลงสู่พื้นดิน หากปราศจากลมพยุงตัวมันไว้..ฉันใดก็ฉันนั้น…หากกระแสบุญหมดลงเมื่อใด…สถานะภาพทางสังคมที่โดดเด่น ฐานะทางครอบครัวที่เคยสุขสบาย ย่อมจะต้องมลายหายไปตาม..กระแสบุญ…

…ด้วยเหตุนี้พระพุทธเจ้าท่านจึงพยายามบอกสอน กระตุ้นเร้าให้พวกเราพยามยามฝืนสร้างกระแสบุญไว้ให้ต่อเนื่อง อย่าได้เผอเรอนะ เพราะไม่รู้มันจะหมดลงเมื่อไหร่..การนับหนึ่งใหม่น่าจะยากลำบากกว่า..ทำไปเรื่อย ๆนะ…เหมือนติดลูกลอยไว้ในถังน้ำถ้ามันลดลงในระดับที่เรากำหนดไว้ เดี๋ยวมันก็เติมของมันอยู่เรื่อย…ดีกว่าหมดถังแล้วค่อยมาปั๊มมาเติม น่าจะเสียเวลาเสียความรู้สึกมากกว่า ซึ่งแน่นอนนั่นแหละเรียกว่า..ทุกข์…..เอวัง..

The stream of wind The stream of merit

A kite … can only flies strikingly in the sky because of the breeze of wind. Similarly, a person living with fortune and fame because of the merits holding him/her up … But like everything all are subject to change, nothing is forever. When the wind becomes still… the kite will surely falls to the ground. Likewise, a life full of glamour will fade and dull with the dwindled stream of merit.

With this reason, the Buddha teaches and encourages us to create a continuous stream of merit. Don’t be negligent as we don’t know when it will run out. Starting over will be much more difficult than continuously building it. Just like installing a float value in a water tank, the water level will always refills as soon as it lessened. This is much better than running out of the tank and then pumping to fill it up which would be a waste of time and sorrow…Certainly called…Suffering…Ewang..
