ทั้ง ๆ ที่ “รู้”
“…“ตัวรู้” มีหนึ่งเดียว..คุณจะให้มันอยู่ตรงไหนล่ะ..อย่าลืมว่า “หนึ่งเดียว” นี้มัน “เร็ว” มากนะ …เดี๋ยวก็โดดไปโน่น..เดี๋ยวก็โดดไปนี่…ตามอารมณ์เร้าต่าง ๆ ที่จรมาทั้งทาง ตา หู จมูก ลิ้น กาย ใจ …ถ้า “สติ” (ความระลึกได้) ไม่เข้มแข็งมันก็ไม่รวดเร็วเท่าทันกัน จึงไม่สามารถที่จะสกัดกั้น “ตัวรู้” นี้ให้อยู่ “หนึ่งเดียว” ได้นาน ๆ “การรู้” ของมันจึงสะเปะสะปะ ไม่ชัดเจน แจ่มแจ้งใน “สิ่งที่รู้” มันจึงละไม่ได้วางไม่ได้…มีแต่ “วิจิกิจฉา” (ความลังเลสงสัย) ..มีแต่ “อุจธัจจะกุกุจจะ” (ความฟุ้งซ่านรำคาญใจ) ในทุก ๆ เรื่องทั้ง ๆ ที่ “รู้” !!! …”
…Whatever we know…
“…There is only one “knower”. Where do we put it ? Don’t forget that the “only one knower” is so quick that we can not put it at the same place for a long time. It will jump to there, and jump to here which depends on our emotions that something touches through our eyes, ears, nose, tongue, skin and mind. If our mindfulness or awareness is not strong enough to put the “knower” at the same place for a long time. “Knowing” of the “knower” is not clear and knows unrealistic things that can not release it. So there is the remains of Vicikich? (doubt), Uddhacca kakkucca (flurry and worry), in everything whatever we “know” it. …”
