In the beginning if you focus your mind on \u201cBud\u201d while you are inhaling<\/span> and on \u201cdho\u201d while you are exhaling<\/span>, you can be said to stay with \u201cthe present Dhamma\u201d. If the present Dhamma still remains, the past has to \u201cgo\u201d. But if the future remains, then there will be either \u201clove\u201d or \u201chate\u201d.<\/p>\n
