Mind development, even though it is still not in a state of deep concentration, is regarded at least to \u201csave the brain\u201d in order for it to work on. Important is that doing such a thing is considered to be performing \u201cPerfections of Da’na (gift), Sila (morality) and Pan’na'(wisdom)\u201d or to be leading one\u2019s life based on the \u2018Eightfold Path\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n
